After working as a national news producer, which afforded him accolades and travel around the world, he decided to follow his father’s footsteps in real estate in the summer of 2005 when he joined Hilton & Hyland. In 2023, Paul co-founded Deep Blue HI, a premier luxury brokerage in Hawaii, with fellow top broker, Harold Clarke.

With over 17 years of experience in luxury residential sales, his passion for the city and its architecture have been the driving force behind his array of sales from luxury estate properties, varying from his recent $15.5 million sale in the Hollywood Hills to his $14.5 million sale in the Pacific Palisades.
In addition to being a top-producing agent selling high-end single-family residences, Paul has smashed records as well in the luxury second home market. Most recently, Paul was the Executive Director of Sales at Pendry Residences West Hollywood by Montage Hotel & Resorts, where he set a new record with sales of over $4,800 a foot. Previously Paul listed Trump Tower in Waikiki where he and his team achieved a world record when they sold over $700 million worth of residences in a single day. So when it comes to selling luxury single family homes or new development projects Paul has mastered them both.
